(Sorry, I'm old and couldn't figure out how to post this as a link)

I've been eating this way for 1.5 years and obviously haven't gained any weight, my skin is now clear and I feel great. What my secret people ask? Well you would ROFL if I told you it's because I eat about 75 grams of fat per day (in the form of butter, eggs, milk, cream, cheese, coconut oil, olive oil, red meat, poultry, fish, nuts and avocado) and a dozen eggs per week haha.

Well now a mainstream scientist and the media have caught on to what we "nut-job" traditional foodists have been saying and can attest to with our own personal health.

Read with an open mind. For further reading I highly recommend Nourishing Traditions by Sally A Fallon, Know your Fats by Mary Enig PhD, Nutrition and Physical Degeneration by Weston A Price DDS, the Garden of Eating by Nina Planck and the more well-known Maker's Diet by Jordan Rubin (though he preaches his supplements he makes millions on way too much). Then for tips on how to get started in the world of traditional foods I am more than happy to help!
