So...we just put an offer in today for our first home Body: Didn't think it would happen for us for a long while if ever but we found a serious steal of a deal on a 3 bedroom house in the La Quinta cove (needs a little cosmetic work but thats what my family specializes in so no prob for us hehe) the same day I got a big raise. We just went to "take a look" Thursday... then got pre-approved for the loan and everything just started happening so quickly.
We'll know buy Tuesday night if our offer is accepted...and then escrow would close June 11. So alot could happen between now and then so we don't want to get our hopes up too much...but if happens we'd be paying barely more than renting right now.
So we are stoked! Just pray that if it is what God has for us that it will happen.
