A short debriefing on some type of quest.
After being away for a long time, I made a visit back to the gay world in hopes of finding friendship or love or something else, I'm uncertain what. I have learned that it is still not the place for me and an unlikely place for me to find people I would want to be around often. Too much negativity and bullshit with very few positive things in return. Boo. Hiss.
In this short and awkward quest for, I guess some sort of belonging, I did find some people that I am appreciative of. These, however, tended to be outside of the larger community.
However, I also stumbled on some outside the community that were total cunts.
In the end I did not find whatever it was I was searching for, but I learned a few things to be cautious of not only in others, but also in my own self and attitude.
