Emotional Baggage...2 little words, but what a heavy load they can be to carry.
Now, Ronnie can attest to the fact that I've never been one to carry my own belongings, but this is unavoidable. Even though it's a different flight with a different destination, it's still the same old baggage. Granted, I do carry mine in a designer package, but what's the use if everything inside of this Prada bag is just filled with lies, deceit, and other things I'm afraid of. There is nothing leading me to even believe that this journey will turn out the way others have, but I'm still hauling this massive luggage with me. Would it be such a crazy concept for me to just leave everything in the baggage claim and start fresh? Maybe this time I could just start over with a whole new Louis Vuitton set. Hell, I might even get mine at Gabe's. Apparently it doesn't matter how you cover it up or hide it, it's always gonna be there. You can wrap shit in a pretty, pink bow, but it's still a pile of shit.
So, if you see a designer bag sitting unclaimed in the airport of relationships, don't open it. It's too much baggage to take on the next flight. I'm starting over without any this time, and we'll just see how that goes.
(But I do have to keep my carry-on because that's just senseless.)
