More Tech Support
Every consultant has their own little speel they have to recite when they get a call. Usually something along the lines of, "Support center. This is . May I have your username please?"
I'm so tired today, I actually forgot part of my speel earlier.
What's worse is that the part I forgot is the part that goes in the area.
Yes, I forgot my name.

Me: "..."
Me: "This is... Steve."
