Only 5.5 hours left in my 14 hour shift today. I worked 60 hours last week. I work 70 this week. I got two hours of sleep last night, got up to be here at 8am, am leaving at 10pm so I can come back at 8am tomorrow to work till 9pm. Ali would be proud of me.
Here's my best call so far today.
Her: "I need help getting on the internet."
Me: "Have you run the Get Connected CD?"
Her: "No."
Me: "How about you try doing that?"
Her: "How do I do that?"
Me: "..."
Me: "Put the CD in your CD-ROM. Follow the instructions."
Her: "..."
Her: "Can you just send someone to my room to do it?"
