Although "J" and I were prepared to take "T" to his usual Sunday appointment, they didn't know that, so that was off our agenda.
Instead, we decided to join our friends for Sunday brunch. In attendance were "N", "C", and uncharacteristically late, "W". He had a health issue, still not clearly diagnosed, and wasn't able to walk up the hill from his bus stop. I left the brunch for a while to give him a ride.
At brunch, we told a little about the trip, talked about movies, talked about The Kaiju Preservation Society, and hung out together catching up.
We gave W a ride home, which necessitated some junk rearrangement in the car.
Before heading home, we visited my parents.
