Early this morning, I took "
J" to a place called City Soil for a gardening conference. She enjoyed it a lot.
I stopped at a fuel station to look up a good place to hang out while I waited, then went to a Starbucks. It was crowded and noisy, but it had a counter with a stool and power outlet, so I was able to work.
After picking up J again, we went to a drive-through coffee stand for tea.
On the way home, I picked up a prescription. Walgreens was surprisingly quick.
Because the gardening event clashed with taking "
T" to karate, my father did the driving instead. I forgot to leave T's gi with them, so T had to do the class in plain clothes.
When I picked up T, we listened to more of the BBC radio drama of The Hobbit (previously mentioned
last week). We're almost through the second CD.
