Oh, Thanksgiving.........
So I'm at my brothers house. He painted the main walking areas pink?????? Weird. It looks nice I suppose. I keep forgetting that this is an investment for him. He wants to fix it up to make it look like a family home and then sell it to get something way cooler. Remember that. Remember that. Remember that.
We watched the entire Macy's parade. It was quite an effort, considering my nieces have THE BIGGEST MOUTHS EVER. I mean, if you think mine is bad, I normally just slide my 2 cents in here and there.... they make it a habbit to tell you EVERYTHING they're thinking about. I think the best part of the parade was watching this marching band and trying to figure out their formation. Out of nowhere I just open my mouth and say "doesn't that look like a uterus to anyone else??" and my family died laughing. Oh the holidays.
Oh and get this. You know that Hershey's Kisses commercial they air every year?? Yeah, I totally got misty watching it. What the heck? When did I get to psycho sentiMENTAL??? Who knows? Anyways, that one commercial means that Christmas isn't that far away at all. Which means I have alot of work on my hands in the hall.
So as I was sitting in the airport last night (got their 1.5 hours early because I was honoring my mom to make sure I got there super early to make sure I didn't ruin Thanxgiving and miss my flight) and I had alot of truths fall into my lap. I wrote them down in my paper journal, I may share them on here later, I don't know. But anyways, after I journaled I started reading my book again and GOSH does God have a way of restating things to me. It was truly a God-type thing.
I'm totally going on Relevant's website and buying a million of those books for all of you. There will be no surprises this year for you my dear friends, you're all getting the same thing: the most influential book you will ever read.
Alright, so I should finish getting cleaned up so my family doesn't think I passed out in the shower or something.....
