I have two posts in my head. One is sad and boring. The other is fannish. So let's go with the latter. Everything is Jean Valjean/Javert and nothing hurts.
Ah, Les Miserables. I am trudging through the book. But I am not going quickly because I keep reading fanfiction instead and especially because I cannot stop compulsively vidding. I am on my third attempt here. Started with a cracky and rather tongue-in-cheek tone with Lady Gaga ("Judas") and then moved onto wildly melodramatic and epic with Florence and the Machine ("Cosmic Love") and now I have settled into melancholy and wistful with Elliott Smith ("Between the Bars")... This evolution of song selections may perhaps reflect the increasing levels of seriousness with which I ship this ship, lol. I'm going to finish this one, I can feel it. It's nearly there now.
