I've heard it's better too. I haven't really done any research into it other than just trying it. I used to be a Dannon light and fit avid eater, but I have to say I like Greek much better. It's definitely not nearly as sweet, doesn't use artificial sweeteners (that only cause you to be hungry actually), it's definitely thicker, and does take some time to get used to. a lot of people like the greek yogurt with honey, I think it's alright, but I buy a brand called chiabata (I can't remember how to spell it) and they have pineapple (my favorite) pomegranite, strawberry, vanilla, blueberry, and peach so far. It's definitely more expensive, but man do you ever feel satisfied after you eat it

Oooh, I will definitely have to try that! I've been having digestive issues for about a year, now. I remember in college yours were pretty bad, and I started displaying similar symptoms last year around October. They did a colonoscopy and found a bunch of polyps that they ended up removing and they weren't cancerous, but they said it definitely contributed to my discomfort. I also have this on again/off again case of diverticulitis, but as long as I don't eat seeds and other things that get 'stuck' in the tract too frequently, I'm usually okay. I will definitely have to look into that yogurt, though. We don't have Trader Joe's but I'm pretty sure Wegman's caries its own brand of Greek yogurt
