For some reason, recently I have considered Earth, Wind and Fire to be the pinnacle of brilliance, in their presentation, clothes and music. I have decided to take inspiration from this.
I have also been feeling at one with Kandinsky ever since I went to the Bauhaus exhibition at the Barbican. I absorbed a lot of what was in it.. and thinking back, I could feel their presence, the people of Bauhaus were there.
My health hasn't been great recently so I decided to quit drinking alcohol. I'm going to try to keep this up for as long as possible. I have the goal of a year. I've also given up gluten containing foods and all milk (lactose) products! I'm pretty sure I have intolerances. So far so good, with the diet, and I'm feeling a lot better than I did a month ago. It's cacao nibs and amarinth for me!
