ok now is later. when i said later i ment like the next day or something. but we have been in france and internet is bloody expensive there. SSOOOOOOO barcelona. after finally getting the card sorted out i got to actually have some fun. we went clubbing that night which was totally awsome. cant wait until im legal at home!!!! the next day we didnt get up until 2 in the afternoon which is a direct indication of what time we got home (around 6 i think it was). we spent the afternoon on the beach just chilling out sleeping and swimming it was a good time. the beach had all these guys walking around sellin beer it was funny! that night was pub crawl. need i say more??? 5 bars with and hour of free drink deffinatly a good time! once again home around 6 am and then had to get up to be out for 11 to book the night train to madrid. for some very strang reason i woke up at 9....kinda sucked. i had to wake graham up at 1030 because all my klonking around didnt wake him. he was still drunk. we made our way very slowly to the train staion, booked out tickets and then graham proceeded to pass out on a bench for the next hour while i wandered around and got breakfast at the little market. we had another lazy day chilling writing post cards and our respective thoughts from the previous night in our journals. That night night train to madrid....long hot night in really uncomfy seats needless to say it sucked. graham may dissagree to an extent tho there were 2 good looking greman girls in our car to keep him happy. arrived in madrid exausted at 8 made our way to the hostel we found in the LP a bit more pricey than our usual but alot nicer! SEPERATE BEDS! oh what a luxary. some one hogs the bed! after that we headed for the embassy to see if my card was there...deffinatly not. i got verrrrrrrry grumpy! no shower, sleep, food, money can do that to a girl. after going back to the hotel showering and sleeping woke up a whole new person...well the usually happy person i am. so the reason we finally arose from the dead was because for some strange reason the power in our hotel seemed to have gone out we had no more fan to stir the listless hot air. we decided to take a walk out side to see what was going on. walked a couple blocks before noticing that people were staring up at the sky, man spainish people are wierd...what the hell is in the sky? thick black billowing smoke thats what! a biulding which look like it was right next to our hotel was on fire. a generator in the basement of it had blown up and lit the place up. we spent the afternoon running around trying to get better glimses of the fire with the young photo journalist from england. the next day didnt really do to much of interest in the morning and then went to the Rina-Sofia modern art gallery in the afternoon. there was really cool exibit on roy lichtenschtine and also one on salvedor dali. now that is one messed up puppy. gotta wonder what that man was on. some of the most extreame, individualistic art i have ever seen. hes probably my favorite modern artist. if i were an art critic i would say he has a bold provocitive style...but who am i to judge it looks cool works just as well. that night we tryed to find some night life....i had heard of this club el kapital but when we found it it was still closed at 1230 we where getting tierd so we went back to the hotel. oops running low on time again. more later
