Duke Gardens, parkour jam
Yesterday I went with Justin to a Parkour jam at UNC. I managed to persuade him to take me to the Sarah P. Duke Gardens in Durham before the parkour jam, and I got quite a few photos that I'm happy with. Click the thumbnails to go see the photo larger.
I have a lot more to go through and tweak and upload. I love tulips and they are in bloom!

I got a little sunburned on my face and my arms. The parkour jam was not really my thing, but somewhat interesting. It would have been more fun to photograph if there were less people getting in my way. Justin had a blast, and is insanely sore today as a result. It's a good thing I went to school for engineering, or I might have been uncomfortable being surrounded by so many guys. lol. You don't really see chicks doing parkour. We're not that crazy. ;-)
I seriously love my new camera. People like to say equipment doesn't matter, and I agree that a good camera does not make a good photographer...but it sure as hell helps.
P.S. I highly recommend the song in my current music.
P.P.S. Justin's bro got married last weekend, and I have already posted photos on my smugmug site...maybe I'll write some about it later.
