So, either that curd was off, or I'm developing digestive problems with white rice. Both possibilities are inconvenient, but the later will make me cook more, so it could be a mixed blessing. Or a third possibility: that this "fried" rice was cooked near or with animal grease. Or maybe a likely combination of all three
