(no subject)
You know what I love about being an adult? Being able to have a glass of wine just because you feel like it. And because I opened it for cooking yesterday and it was still in the fridge.
I think I've become a brunette. I can't be entirely sure, 'cause I haven't had my natural hair color for about 10 years now. Right now the roots are growing out, though, because I haven't found the time to dye it for quite a while, and they look more brown-ish than blonde. I really, really need to dye my hair. Mom suggested using "normal", chemical hair color since that's less of a mess, but no way! For one, I have no idea if that even works, since henna and chemical dyes affect your hair differently. I'm also pretty sure that no chemical hair color could ever get me the same results, color-wise, as the henna does.
I've been exchanging messages with a guy on okcupid.com, which is more than I've done to meet a guy in years - carpenter excluded. It's nice. He's fun.
I bought the six seasons DVD box of Dawson's Creek and watching the episodes back to back really makes you aware of the flaws it has. Granted, it's about American teenagers, not Germans but I'm guessing teenagers are a lot alike anywhere, and I can't remember talking so much about having sex, or not having sex, and/or falling in love with someone else every few weeks when I was sixteen. It's still entertaining, though! Also; I started by watching a bit of season 6. I love young!Jensen. I like the longer hair.
I started writing a story for a ficlet meme that's been running for 10 days now. Since the nature of story memes is that they're usually over pretty quick, I'm contemplating if I should post it there at all - if I actually do finish it. What do you think?
