Slow day at the office. I still can't do much by myself, and today, everybody's abandoned me to an empty office. Most the people in my department "work short"; that's "an instrument for companies to avoid dismissals in difficult economic situations". They only work 3 days of the week. I, however, work full time. Usually there's also my supervisor and another guy working full time, but even they didn't come in today.* Also, half the company is on summer vacation, including the two CEOs (they're brothers who share ownership of the company).
* Scratch half of that, I just saw the one in someone else's office. I suspect he's heading out to a customer, since his computer's gone, too.
Moving is going slow, too, but my dad and me will drive my bed over tonight. Still missing more shelves, a desk, and a couch, though.
