Dear teenage girls in the last row at the cinema,
if you just want to talk and play your cell phone ring tones to each other, there are countless places to do that where you won't annoy the hell out of the other people present. Also, throwing popcorn at people is not and has never been funny. If you were my kids, I'd be ashamed to let you out in public like that.

if you have a special offer that is likely to be very popular and also limited, it would be nice to see a hint toward it anywhere on your website, instead of telling me 11 hours later that all tickets are sold out and I should've just driven to the nearest vending machine. And no, directly searching for the connection on your site didn't work, either, the only thing I was offered was that the ticked price could not be determined. Of course now it works just fine, making me question my sanity.
