I'd like to take a minute to pimp choc_fic, the Characters of Color Multi-Fandom Love-A-Thon. The claiming deadline for fic and art prompts has been extended until August 13th, and submissions are due on various dates in September. I don't have time to write anything myself (and that was hard for me to admit, but I'm trying to keep from getting overwhelmed), but I contributed several prompts, and would love to see what people might do with them.
Even if you don't have the opportunity to sign up yourself, I encourage you to check it out, because there are a lot of good prompts there, and there's bound to be a lot of love for fantastic characters like Sheldon Hawkes, Martha Jones, Callie Torres, and many others.
If I ever manage to shake this headache I've had all goddamn day, thoughts on "Evolution of the Daleks," and other things.
