things what I'm looking forward to
1. More Doctor Who! New episode tonight, "Evolution of the Daleks," and then we start getting into all the episodes that people keep telling me I'm going to love.
2. Torchwood starting on BBC-A in about a month.
3. The fourth season of CSI:NY, starting in about a month and a half. Although I'm delighted to have a new fandom over which to flail happily (see above), NY is still my love, and I'm eager to see where they take the characters in S4.
4. The movie 3:10 to Yuma. It's a remake of the 1957 Glenn Ford Western, directed by James Mangold, who also helmed Walk the Line, and it stars Christian Bale, with Alan Tudyk in a supporting role.
5. Tim Burton's film version of Sweeney Todd, starring Johnny Depp. Nothing says "Merry Christmas" like cannibalism and meat pies.
6. Writing this weekend. At least in theory.
