I haven't plunged much into the fic yet, but melina123 has a lot of recs here. I also added the comm who_daily to my flist, and they have a bunch of links every day.

One story I have read, and really liked, is Nothing But Flowers (Ten/Martha).

Also, since you mentioned in one of your other comments that you were looking forward to Torchwood, there's who_daily's sister comm, torchwood_three.
