I do not know if this is a sign...
Last night I got a text from our realtor that said the other realtor in charge of the house said she hopes we are willing to offer another 100k or more.
I told our realtor that no we were not willing to offer that and asked if the other realtor even submitted the bid to the bank.
Today I got an email from our realtor saying before the other realtor will submit our bid we must provide proof that we have the money for the down payment.
This means we need to call our banks and provide statements of our bank accounts.
In general I hate realtors. I love ours but in general they are just a pain to deal with.
Part of me wonders if this is a sign for us to walk away.
