I hate Comcast more then I can even articulate. Rage. Pure rage. I swear they send out the most incompetent people in the world and then they sit there and try to jack you for more money.
To start the stupidity we need a new box because we moved from the city to the suburbs...one would suppose they would have thought to have sent the box with the tech as we put in a transfer of service...and it just went down hill from there like trying to get me to pay an additional $30 to run some cable. Thank goodness Chris left me with very specific and clear instructions about not letting them touch a thing other then to just hook up cable.
This is also the same cable provider that last time we went through this they sent out a tech with a regular box when we ordered an HD package. It took three visits to get it somewhat sorted out.
The tech is coming back this evening with the new box and to set up the internet because he wouldn't do it without a computer set up but the phone works just fine.
So basically I just wasted 45 minutes to an hour for nothing.
Chris is going to flip out.
Bonus: I found out the hard way the garbage disposal does not work...it backed up on me and will not work. Hurray.
