i love this, but it's mainly for obsidianasigh... and the timing couldn't be better. not the scariest moment.
i'm watching the "100 scariest movie moments" series, and i just gotta say, i love horror movies. i don't watch so many any more (kind of on a sci-fi kick, which i also lovelovelove, but anyway...) but there's a good chance i'll spend a lot more time watching campy old classics in the very near future. rediscovering lost loves is always fun. first horror movie ever? "psychic killer". um. heh.
...ok, no, first horror movie ever was "willie wonka and the chocolate factory". to date, still the only movie that's ever given me nightmares (although "hannibal" gave me nausea and some fucked up hypnogonia. gwak.) the first time i saw it. the next 47 times, some fifteen years later and beyond, not so much.
i will not critique/discuss/wax poetic about each and every movie they showcase, i just won't. i will say, "EEEEEEEEEEEEE! cloooooooooowwwwwwwwwwwns!!!!"
