The One With The Not-So-Good Tim Burton Movie.

Thus ends one of the longest weeks ever, however, I'm confident that it wasn't lacking interesting-ness.

So, today is St. Patrick's Day? I guess I don't care. . . I'm not really sure what one does to celebrate this holiday from a sober standpoint, at least. A lot of people wore green, and a lot of people had those unoriginal "Kiss Me I'm Irish" or even more 'clever' "Kiss Me I'm ____________ (insert non-Irish and hopefully eccentric heritage here). Forgive me, I do not mean to be so cynical. I just don't own a lot of green stuff, I guess. I guess I'm Irish, German, Norwegian, Polish, and Austrian. . . so, really I'm a compilation of various nonsense. I suppose I wish I had one solid nationality, like Bulgarian, or Lithuanian, or something to that extent. Being Greek is decent too.

Anyways, the events that happened during school today were far from insignificant, but I feel like I've belabored them at this point and I am too tired to even begin to articulate them. In summary: bad movie, good cake, several interesting conversations, decent hallway music (congratulations Monica) and Destinos. I hope you find that sufficient.

After school Patty, Christie and I went to Culvers . . . the ice cream today was Rainbow Mint, which probably is my favorite ever. Mint Chocolate Chip, except minus the chocolate chips, plus M & Ms. It was awesome. Patty and I discussed a wishful-thinking theory of what the world would be like if food made us skinny, and not fat. I thought it would be pretty exciting, but then she pointed out that really only the really obese or skinny people now would experience any significant changes, and that people like me and her who are average, or what have you, would sadly just stay the same because we take in a medium amount of food anyway, so not "enough" to make us skinny, but not too "little" to make us fat. Think about it. It was depressing.

Melissa and I drove to some place, I'm not sure, to pick up her cousins Colleen and Kyle for a movie night. That was an adventure in it's own right, I'm always very content being with someone who I am comfortable singing, sleeping, talking, or sitting silently with while driving. We watched the Corpse Bride, which disappointed me, because I enjoy Burton and I really like Johnny Depp, so I thought that the movie would be much better than it was. But, I still had fun and ate Chex mix, etc.

Oh, and I stole some video games from Matt :-D

I think I am going to the Forte Competition tomorrow, which should be awesome. I love watching it, and JP is always so fun to watch - she's talented.

So, I am going to bed, or at least going to go test out some rockin' games. (ha)

Good-night.
