Further Casualties of the Cold War
I have been in school for just under a month and already I have lost my second highlighter to my book on the Cold War for my International Relations class. There is so much to remember that I have used an entire green and an entire orange highlighter to mark important passages. I never realized how quickly I would go through my school supplies.
I'm getting very tired of reading. I'm 40 pages from the end of this Cold War text. It's the home stretch where the end of the marathon is visible, but you're so exhausted from the rest of it that you can't quite seem to get there. I've resorted to reading aloud in a vain attempt to keep from zoning out. Another helpful tactic is to picture all of the interesting scenes as a movie in my head. I mean, I guess I do that anyway, but if I really pay attention to detail and make it as vivid as possible it is slightly easier to pay attention.
Fast-Approaching Deadlines That Worry Me:
September 26th- Math Prelim #1
September 29th- Romanticism Essay #1
October 5th- Government Midterm

LOL. Well, you get the idea. I guess I just happened to listen to a lot of these songs today and noticed that they were all pretty similar in subject.
