Currently, I am tearing through my newest PS2 game Atelier Iris: Eternal Mana. Having clocked 33 to 34 hours in it in about 2 weeks, it has been a very fun game. I like it a lot and if you like RPGs with a dash of alchaemy, then this is the game for you. Very in-depth story with TONS of side quests and hundreds of items to find and create, you'll be playing this game for a long tim. Friends have clocked over 70 hours from what they have told me. Now thats a lot.
Yesterday, Sunday the 27th, I stoped at on of my local gaming stores and was surprised to see thay had a new CCG esque game called Racer Knights. You punch out and build your own racers and joust with them. Cool thing is, they are only about $2.99 a pack and in all reality, you only need to packs to play it! It comes with rules and everything in each pack. you get one Knight(the drivers), one chassis(the car), one engine, one set of wheels, one weapon, and one of three types of shields(front, side, or rear). You also get either a gold or silver falcon token whick if you collect and save up, you can sent in for product from the company. www.racerknights.com to learn more.
I bought myself another 6 packs of it and those who know it would kill for some of the stuff I got. I won't name everything I got, just the good stuff(or at least what I think is good). Knights, I picked up Behemoth(my first oger Knight), Crotalus, Darc Starshard, and(the best on I think at least)Countess Corona. She is a Alfar Knight with 2 Reflexes, only 2 Valor, but according to the card, she is UR(ultra rare if I'm understanding it right). Her ability is rather nice too. "Insightful: Corona can choose which side her shots hit so long as it's a side that could be legitimately hit from her angle of attack." Quoted right from her card. She also has the Veteran status, but I have no idea if that has any menning or just the fact she knows her way around the block so-to-say. OH! That's right. I got him all! I got the one everyone has been clamoring for. That's right, Tobias Stormcaller! Just to let you know all, looks nothing like the one on the package, but I'm sure that's ok. It's close enough. Chassis wise, nothing special, except I got ANOTHER Dancing Eclipse. Yeah. That's gonna be gone next time I see everyone. Everything else, nothing to spectaculer, but people might want to simply look at them. I'll be bringing them down with me next get together for those who it pertains to.
For now, that's about it. I'll be posting stuff as it happens and if it means anything great to everyone.
