I went to apply for my Alien Registration today at the Shinjuku Ward Office.

It was a long, long wait. I should have brought a book or something -.-

Actually I could have waited till the 3rd and gone with the rest of my dorm or something, but the lack of internet here forced me into action to at least get a phone so I can use it to email people/
