DAY/NIGHT & Time: After Bella is removed from the room.

Things had quickly gotten out of hand, and really, in a place like this, it wasn't any surprise anymore that people were on edge. Then, given Bella's extenuating circumstances, it was even less of a surprise that she would finally snap. However, nobody could have expected that such a timid and seemingly weak girl would react in such a violent manner.
Regardless, Edgeworth had provoked it, and as far as the god was concerned, he had certainly deserved it, even if he was trying to protect her from Gary or whatever his intention was. Two stubborn people butted heads, and one was crazy enough to beat the other within an inch of their life with a nightstand. Honestly, Anubis was surprised that this hadn't happened earlier. Not necessarily with Edgeworth, Bella, and a nightstand, but with the roommate bludgeoning.
However, as much as didn't really approve of how things had occurred, Anubis still figured that he should help his friend in the end, deserving of it or not. After all, Edgeworth was still necessary, and still someone that Anubis valued in this place. It would be unfortunate for the lawyer to die so unceremoniously.
So, Anubis had made a stop at the showers first, taking as many towels as he could along with water. Then he walked towards Edgeworth's cell, standing in the doorway as he saw the good lawyer crumpled on the floor, heavily bruised, and bleeding.
He groaned irritably, setting down the supplies and moving to roll Edgeworth onto his back. "What a mess..."
