All the blame for this state of affairs could be leveled right at Tsukitachi and his damn 'tea parties'. Or at least, part of the blame could be. It was the only reason Akari could come up with for why he put up with Hirato. It was also at one of those tea parties that Akari and Hirato's 'relationship' had begun.
"I hate you." Akari said, biting at Hirato's chin. His hands were rough on Hirato's body. Hirato had already lost a few buttons on his shirt because of Akari's rough handling. Hirato wouldn't have if he had stripped fast enough for the good doctor's liking, but Hirato preferred to take things slow. Akari didn't like slow, he preferred hard, fast, and without emotional connections.
Not that Hirato was emotionally invested, the bastard had no emotions as far as Akari could tell. The distinct lack of emotions made Hirato an unerringly good captain, but Akari hated letting Hirato anywhere near his body or his projects. And Hirato was not allowed anywhere near the nurse, the women were too silly to notice danger before it bit them in the tit.
"Ah!" Akari didn't squirm, and he quickly clamped down on his shout, still when Hirato pinched and tugged at his nipples Akari definitely reacted.
"You're always so fast, Akari." Hirato pushed Akari back onto the desk, Akari's elbows hit it first and they squeaked slightly, flesh and wood and sweat all rubbing together to make noise. "I might think that you don't like me!"
"I don't." Akari let Hirato step between his legs and then grabbed the younger man around the waist, pulling him forward and trapping their groins together. "I despise you."
Hirato wrapped a hand around the both of them, stroking their dicks together. Akari squeezed his eyes shut and let out a low moan. Akari could not see Hirato's smile, but it was all in the man's voice. "I wouldn't have it any other way."
