A couple things of interest in PDX
Been lurking for a while, first-time poster--wanted to share a couple of things of interest here in Portland.
First, I did a brief write-up over on my LJ (with a few not-that-great photos) of a vintage/salvage hardware store in SE PDX that not only has tons of antique brass gears and other goodies, but the owner has also recently discovered steampunk and really likes it, and so is trying to find more stuff of interest to that aesthetic, particularly for those who like to make things. Also, beware the hyena.

ETA: There's no final schedule up, but if you look through the last few weeks' worth of posts it looks like they've been posting films and shorts as they've been accepting them. They just don't have everything put into a final schedule yet, to my understanding.
