This is an outfit I put together for Norwescon. I made the earrings, the hat, and the clock belt. The cravat is one of those lace dollies you find at estate sales, and the rest of the outfit is all thift store finds. The gun in particular I am proud of since I found it randomly in a pile of stuffed animalsat an estate sale.It's a child's cap gun

Just keep looking in the lingerie/ pajama section. I have also found a metal boned blue velvet corset at goodwill. I swear to goodness sometimes the demi-gods of thrift truly shine good fortune down upon me.

The best thing I have found was a designer top for $2 which was pretty good, but not corset good. :)

The icon is of Melora from Rasputina. They were my first encounter with steampunk/neo-Victorianism before I knew what it really was and their music is awesome :)
