short time to get together a wardrobe
Hello all, it's been awhile since I have been able to talk here.
I'll be going to the http://steampunkworldsfair.com Steampunk world Fair in NJ in May. (anyone else going to be there? Hi!) The thing is, if I only had to come up for some clothing for myself it wouldn't be an issue. I have alot of little things already and would happily add a fancy party dress for the ball Friday night.
But now I need to put together 4 outfits for 5 people for a whole weekend!! I have a few pieces, but I'll going to be doing alot of sewing it seems, so I need some help ASAP. Some easy to follow patterns would be great. Some stuff I'll have to go out an spend money on (but everyone is on their own with shoes!)
So I need 3 fancy party dresses for full figured women of size, and a fancy outfit for my sister's fiance, (my first male to dress up! Ok, admittedly.. this is fun...) and I have a 10 month old (who will be over a year old by the time of the event) little girl who's a doll, and admittedly not as hard. (lots of illet lace....)
I'm on a very tight budget, my sister's fella is in sore need of clothing period. He moved into the area with nothing but a box of videos and a couple outfits.
Piece suggestions, clothing suggestions, sewing suggestions... help!
