yet more advice needed.. this time for a mans outfit

Yep, another post asking for advice.. I am sure you are sick of them, but I am at a loss here.
BH tells me at almost midnight last night, he will attend an upcoming steamy event with me (oh joy.. NOT!) anyhow.. thats beside the point.
He wants to do "elegant steam aristocrat", sort of an airship line OWNER, not a pirate or captain.
I am thinking long frock style coat, formal shirt, waistcoat, pants and long boots, with a top or bowler hat.. then I get stuck.. what accessories??
Fobwatch, yes.. goggles?? maybe?? raygun?? really unsure of that.
Also, just to make it challenging.. he's a BIG boy.. 53 inch chest.. so even getting the coat and waistcoat is going to be a challenge... and now the kicker.. the event is the first week in April, and its interstate, so there is NO WAY I have time to sew all his stuff, as well as mine for it (we have six kids, and I run my own business as well as try and have a life)
If anyone has ideas and especially links to suitable clothing and accessories (stuff you are selling would be even better!) AND that ships to Australia.. I would be MOST grateful and will tell him to throw gobs of money at you (he has stated that money isn't his main concern in this.. he wants to do it 'right')
