Oh look another Noob!
Oh yes! another one! I 'discovered' steampunk a number of months ago but was unimpressed. For some reason, 2 days ago, i decided to look more into it and i fell instantly in love. i'm kinda a steam-stalker now. anywho, i'm working out some ideas I want to do, the most ambitious of which is a gauntlet/bracer with compasses set on them. I was thinking leather, but i'm open to other materials. I was hoping to get some ideas of how exactly to attach the compasses to the bracer.
