Baby Steam

Looking for ideas on how to dress a one year old boy in the Steampunk look. I warn you he is about the size of a three year old. He has a cute pair of tan pinstriped pants unfortunately (?) they have cargo pockets. Those pants gave me the inspiration tho. Any other ideas?

Thankies in advanced I am also quite new to the Steamy look so any advice for him or me would be great.
