Being 21 in Europe is just like being 20 in Europe. Except that you get more cards and chocolate and random euro-store items (pink plastic she-ra sword and giant stuffed pear!) and facebook comments, and eventually you will party it up at the Art Bar with lots of your friends, even though you could have done that any other day in Italy ( Read more... )
