ah, today....
Not much of real importance today I suppose... I watched Team America: World Police last night, They definately have a good overall view of what the world and MANY americans have of what is really going on our there. At least I think so anyways.
I was told that washington would vote democratic... I do in a way believe that, we do have one of the highest minimum wages in the nation, but then we have the highest state sales tax.. some areas of seattle have a 10% sales tax, crazy isnt it? here in my lil podunk hickbred town its like 8.2 or someshit.. I dont know, I just know when I see the price of something, its gonna be a lil more, i dont mind.. some people do appearently. One of the guys running for governor wants to get rid of the sales tax and make a state income tax...you owuld think that is a good idea, but it is only good for people who dont really work, cause then they wont have to pay ANY taxes, which leaves it to the rest of us to support the state... for a long time I didnt care about all that stuff, I was making good money and I was working under the table... so, NO TAXES.. doesnt get you very far though..
And SO WHAT about welfare, people dont wanna work and get free money.. give it to them, otherwise they are gonna try stealing shit, isnt that an easy concept. some people like working, some people dont.. I cant complain, I got the job I have wanted for the last ten yrs. No I aint making a shitload of money... but it is what I wanted... Graveyards at a Gas station. Im not even getting diferential pay(more pay for selected shifts) Minimum wage, full time.at the moment, I am fortunate(yeah right) enough to live with my mom and step dad, though i give them alot of my money.. it is no where near what I was paying for my own place, which I wasnt even staying at. stale? yeah, i know it is. But one day, i will come into my own and be able to support myself, without roomates, without anyone. well, a girlfriend possibly.. but she will have to buy her own make up and all that lol...
So, what has the world been up to these days? I do not care to keep too involved with everyone elses lives... yesterday was my friend Stephanies Due Date... no, she didnt have the baby, and is not yet in labor.. if she does not go into labor by the 24, she will be induced, she got a big ol snoopy nose goin on... Homie Hunter's baby was born sept 29th, lil boy name Hunter 5, cool eh? Amber just moved back here with her hubby, and I hear Trinity is gettin big. Thats Amber's daughter. None of these kids are mine, I dont make babies... not that one day I wouldnt mind having one, just gotta find me a cute lil irish chick, or one who at least looks a bit irish ;) HEHE! <---not just a laugh.. But then again, I may never have a kid of my own. No one to teach my ways of the world to. Not that anyone has listened to me yet, and I am sure he wouldnt either... but its worth a thought. Children are the future, yet its still the old rich white men making all the rules... make sense? they cant even remember being a child.. They know not what is best for me and my kind, and I do say MY KIND, we are nothing alike, the old and the new. this new world cannot be run on old world laws and mentality, we are out of the age of monarchs and kings, arent we? of the people, for the people, by the people right? appearently, PEOPLE means, OLD RICH ASSHOLES!
hmm, something else to talk about..not quite as meaningless and rambling, is it? I am not as tired as I normally am when I am writting, perhaps that is why.. or I just dont wanna move from one subject to the next... ionno, perhaps I shall say, good day to you all, dont forget to vote, NO on everyone!
