Arggh... enough already with the Major Technical Failures... Last week it was my Mac's hard drive; now both of our land lines are now dead, along with our DSL service. (I'm posting this from my cell, which is currently still functioning.)

What an amazing and wonderful week! Tricky Pixie met in Memphis for the International Folk Alliance conference (from last Wed thru Sun) -- four solid days of performances, workshops, and all-night jamming. A beautiful copper doumbek (see pic). Dave got it for me. I am a happy (and loud!) girl.
