In retrospect perhaps it had been a stupid idea for a honeymoon destination. Connor had only wanted to take Abby back to where they had first got together. A luxury campsite complete with soft bedding, food hampers and scented candles. What could be more romantic?
It had been easy enough to pinpoint and reopen the anomaly. Becker, who had been sworn to secrecy, had helped with the organisation.
“It looks great,” rhapsodised Connor.
“I still think she would prefer a five-star hotel,” said Becker
Connor opened his mouth to reply and froze. At that moment the anomaly wavered and shut.
