Facebook. You have it, and if you don't you a) want it b)are too hottt for it or c)don't care. Facebook messages bring me so much joy lately. It is such an awesome waste of time. Poking. What is poking anyway? Internet flirting. We have reached a new low. Besides keeping in touch with classmates and friends (which has become valuable for searching emails for school projects, etc) Facebook is by a landslide, the new ugastalker-site. I am only half-way serious, as most of the available information is disclosed at the discretion of the respective facebooker. It just amuses me how ingenious this idea is, and yet so simple. Facebook kills Friendster. Education rocks.
Yesterday I left work 30 minutes early to ride to Buford with Jonas for lunch with Gavin and Amanda Desnoyer and their new baby boy, Jackson. They are missionaries in Slovakia and returning June 5th, so I will see them again in the Czech Rep. for Intern training. They will also be in Serbia with us, so it was sooo awesome to walk to them about everything. As we were talking about Aynsley (she was a Summer Intern last Summer with Jonas) she walked into the Chik fil a we were eating at! It was insane and awesome. She is good friends with the Amy I will be living with, which excited me that much more. (Aynsley will be my neighbor in the fall at Pineview also).
Days without school are filled with working at Athens Chevy lately. I am making money only to turn around and pay for the damages I have inflicted on my vehicle. My muffler now does what it's supposed to after $198.23 and a hottt chauffeur drove me around for an evening and morning. I'd pay the money for the chauffeur any day. Luckily, for my budget-he's cheap. In fact, said person took me out on a lovely date last night. Depalmas and Ping-Pong (yes, the game but yes, the movie). It is a foreign film you would enjoy if you have a personality.
Today I work until 1:30 until Miss Kimberly Drew relieves me. Then, hopefully some Tennis, FISHING in Statham, and a cookout with some of my favorite people. My friends rock. I can't believe I have only known these people a year. Crazy.
