Yeah, so the mandolin thing's coming along okay. I surprised my dad a couple of weeks ago by playing him the song I was learning. I'm currently working on Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring, which is not as hard as I thought it would be

awww....you are so sweet!! thank you. :o) haha. we can totally start a band - we'll have me on mando, you on triangle, josh on bass.....can alison shake a tambourine? :o) (i do have to admit to having the advantage of playing piano for most of my life, so that makes it easier to learn another instrument. i'm not a TOTAL genius. haha.) maybe if you quit smoking you can take up geetar to get your mind off wanting a ciggy. it works for me and the mando, anyway.
