Nostalgia, nostalgia.
My cousin's wedding was so sweet - as are all of them.
In front of the dressing table, the Bride sits upright and relaxes at intervals. Someone does her hair, powders her nose and everyone else flutters around like Cinderella's faithful helpers so that she only has to focus on one thing on the biggest day of her life - relaxing. The Brothers do silly things together like gulping down awful vegetable blends (there are 101 nastier ways I can come up with) so that the Groom can fetch the Bride while the Sisters revel in the moment because the Groom's ultimate happiness is locked away behind their sinister smiles. The reels of the picture montage is a fairy-tale because everyone deserves a happy ending.
Until a good friend of mine told me that marriage life only begins after the wedding night. Good friends tend to burst our bubbles, alot.
Does happiness end at the stroke of midnight?
Correction. Everyone deserves happiness. Sadly, that doesn't just fall from the sky like the November rain.
