I know it has been a while... I'm really going through a lot (but who isn't) Alot of ups and downs... Alot of pressure... I just don't know how I'm going to make it right now.

What do you all do when you are at your boiling points?

sadly, i smoke. i'm really working on that though. : ( i'm trying to make exercise my coping mechanism, but so far it's not working too well haha.

I can't see how anyone could talk behind your back or say hurtful things to your face. You are very sweet and down to earth. I'm sure you have your bad days, but that's everyone.

Anyways, when I'm at my boiling point.. I sleep it off or listen to music or just drive.. and always.. the worst thing I could do is shopping.

The good news is that everything you are going through.. it will pass. I promise. :)

girl, u and me both. like i'm not known to be an angry person, but darnnit, i get mad too!! and i hate when folks try to take advantage of me as well

when i'm madd.. i dont know what i do.. i cant recall,i guess i let it ride out. but i try not let folks get me madd cuz that only tells them that they won.. but its so hard
