- Melanie keeps bringing her clothes to school so she can ask me for fashion advice. It's really amusing.

I love how my friends and I? Have no drama. Ever. Seriously.
My dad called from Detroit to gloat that he had already watched the O.C. (because, you know, time zone stuff). This was his first episode. He wanted to see if it had any substance.
Tonight? It didn't have much. According to him and me.

Which isn't to say I hated it. It had its parts, definitely. Buttttt.
+/- I like the Julie/Jimmy affair storyline. I just don't like the way they were playing it out tonight. Too... fast.
- Punching Seth was really, really unZachlike. I love Zach. But. He shouldn't have punched him. I mean that less from a character point of view as from a writing point of view. Their are Zachier ways to get Summer and Zach together.
- Plus, Zach going I've never punched anyone before? And Seth forgiving him? PSH.
+ The girl advice scene with Seth and Summer. It was... cute.
- Marissa and DJ.
- Marissa and DJ. Really. They do deserve two minuses. Although actually, they were slightly more tolerable this episode.
+ Lindsay being Renee's daughter. The slightest twinge of me might have thought that it was coming, but mostly? No.
+ The last two Ryan/Lindsay scenes.
- The rest of the Ryan/Lindsay scenes. I mean, I can see where they're coming from, I guess, but egadshdf.
- Seth and Alex.
- In more detail? Her randomly making out with two people? That was just bitchy.
+ Sandy figuring everything out! Dear Sandy, I love you and your eyebrows.
- The Julie discovering Marissa and DJ making out scene. I don't even know why. It was just eghdkfs.
- The last Seth and Alex scene. Like hitting Seth will endear her to me.
- Zach happening upon Alex for his own girl advice. Erumnoway.
- The penguin. Psh.
I think that comes out to -7. But the parts I did like? I really really did like.
Next Week: CHRISMUKKAH! STOCKINGS! JEWISH SANTA HATS! ~*~ Plus Kirsten throws things (+), Julie and Jimmy do the deed (+), and stuff comes out (???). Eeee. I really am excited.
