THURSDAY
After a long drive (fuck you New Jersey Turnpike...the only good thing about you is Cinnabon) Tom and I ended up getting into Baltimore around 4pm. Our roomates were still on the road and wouldn't be there until later that night so we went to grab our badges. It went by really quick, a million times better than the horrors of the AB/Acen reg. lines. Hung out with our friends and got some yummy Thai noodles in the meantime. Also ended up meeting some rad people from OB. It was generally an early night, at least for me. I took a quick nap on the way up but other than that I had been awake since 7am the morning before.
FRIDAY
The next day we wandered around the dealer's room and hung out mostly. Tom and I went to line up at around 2 for the concert but the guy at the door said we had to wait until 5. While Tom and I were walking around the back of the arena we heard them sound testing through the walls. We got there just in time to hear Endoh Masaaki shout "DIVIDING DRIVEERRR!". :3 Needless to say, that was fucking awesome. We met up with Brandon, Jen, Jeff, and Talia (from OB) for lunch beforehand. Brandon and I had the most amazing nachos ever! Got in line after that. The people next to us were so fucking rad. One had a Guitar Wolf T-Shirt, mentioned the Sex Machine Guns (awesome Japanese metal band), and played the op to Hokuto No Ken 2 on the stereo he had set up. They started letting us in and we ended up taking up the last seats of the first row! There were just enough spots for all of us. The concert itself was AMAZING. I've never rocked out that much at a show before and my voice was shot afterwards. They also all sang one of thier respective anime theme songs solo. I managed to find the set list online, hopefully its accurate (it seems that way anyways):

Skill
Seeing this concert was totally worth it and I'd do it again in a second! It was only the 5 main memebers and it wasn't as big and elaborate a set up as they usually have but it was still beyond awesome. We were so close to them! I got some pics but they're on Tom's laptop right now. I'll put them up as soon as I get them. I was waiting the whole concert for them to sing
Skill too! I was so stoked when they did! Endoh looked right at me! *fangirls* :P Not only do they rock, but they're just really cool, nice people in general.. You can also totally tell that they really enjoy it and appreciate all of thier fans. :)
Bought a tour shirt (even though they only had medium and its huge on me) and a CD from the tour.
At midnight I went to the Persona 3 Dark Hour shoot while my freinds went to watch a movie. I was really surprised to see so many people there! We had a really good group of people and it was a lot of fun. A random shadow even showed up (which surprised all of us). I don't have any of those pics yet either but I'll put them up when I get them.
After the shoot I went to meet up with Brandon, Jeff, and Jen in the movie room and caught the last half of Toyko Gore Police. Its by the same people who did Machine girl so yeah...it was fucking sick. Its the most horrible, terrible thing and I absolutly loved it. XD I WILL be buying this when it comes out on DVD. Here's a trailer for those interested. Keep in mind it is definatly NSFW (or anywhere else for that matter) and if you can't handle gore/blood don't click on it:
http://twitchfilm.net/site/view/second-tokyo-gore-police-trailer/ Homicidal quadruple amputee with swords for arms and legs, giant dick cannon, Rocket Blood Legs, nipples that spray acid, and revolver style rocket launchers that shoot real fists. And this is only in the last half!
SATURDAY
Dealer's room. Thats about it. I picked up some cool stuff though! I got a Sister Jill Statue (Cutey Honey) and a big DevilLady figure both for $10 and some kitchen stuff (nice teacup, onigiri molds, chopsticks, etc.).
[lies]I'm really sad that I missed the masquerade.[/lies] :P
Instead, I was eating pizza and drinking yummy Smirnoff. :)
Went to a couple panels that night b/c Richard Epcar is the man. Thats about it.
SUNDAY
I was exhausted and slept most of the way home and even when I was awake I wasn't coherent enough (most of the time) to really pay attention to anything. We did get stuck in a shitty storm for most of the ride (it followed us!) and the roads were really bad and covered in ice. We did make it home in one piece though.
Edit: Got my grades for Summer Session II, another 4.00 GPA! w00t!
