My telecommunications class is a trip down memory lane. We are talking about network protocols and I keep hearing terms that I haven’t used 10 years. Who remembers choosing between X-Modem, Z-Modem, or Kermit for your downloads? How about SLIP or PPP? God I’m glad that I don’t have a modem anymore.
