I miss you, DJ! I changed my screenname-- MissKatyKeene. Also, we're going to keep each other motivated to write in our LJs. Ever since I got a new one, I haven't written a thing.

Actually, I did take you off. I took everyone off. That was a "Friends Of" list that you must've been looking at; but I'm absolutely interested in harassing you to keep up with entries. :)

five posts a week? not bad. though i'm looking forward to the increased posts, an online rant and online arguments don't have the same ring as we're used to.
but, if you're posting more, it might make me post more, and if that happens maybe my writer's block/can't will go away.

Well, I'm only going to fallback on arguments and commentary if I'm unable/unwilling to rant about something substantial. And really the key is forcing myself to do this and setting the expectation with others. And while 100 words should be a cake walk, it prevents me from writing short entries to get out of posting. (say for example... Something about looking at a footprint in the snow.)

Well, I deleted everyone from my friend's list. The point being: Since I'm treating my friend's list differently (as I wrote above, more like registered users), I decided not to force anyone into a level of intimacy for which they aren't prepared.

But mostly, I did it because I'm a vain jerk who needs visceral demonstrations that people give a shit about his thoughts.
