if i didn't drink, i would have no problem keeping it under 500 calories a day.

i've gotten SO good at resricting my food
never any salad dressing, use vinegar or salt instead. never any liquid calories, diet soda and black tea. no refined grains, only complex carbs which make me full faster. no oil, no sugar, no grains, no cholesterol...
i eat almost exclusively negative cals, with a bit of fiber and fat to keep me full. cottage cheese and spinach are my best friends.

but then i find alcohol. and i drink too much, even when i have to be up at 8am and take a 3 hour exam in a foreign language.
and then the drunkenness makes cookies seem less sinful.

but if i stayed sober, i could lose 5 pounds every week.
