Am in town for the weekend. In the cities, that is. I have two medical appointments tomorrow and came down on Friday. I have been staying with thatdumbjerk and byepolarbear and that has been great fun. We even went to the State Fair today with his grandmother. I'm pretty exhausted now, but the time went really pretty well. No seizures, which was good, given the amount of visual and auditory stimulation and physical duress. No exciting foods to report, I don't think. Oh yeah, I did drink all the milk I could. That was very satisfying. Yesterday I went over to my good friends Dan and Heather's house for game night. She made salsa from tomatoes in her garden. so good. And it was just really good to be there and feel like myself. Comfortable and myself. I came home and tried to visualize feeling that way in Duluth. There were some tears, it's true. But I'll get the hang of living there and finding peace in myself. Oh, and then I saw the bridge today. It was good to see it in person because it actually took a lot of the emotional intensity out of it for me. This picture on my friend's shirt last night was very emotional for me, though. I get it, but still.
